A good company stamp is readable at a glance and shows just enough to identify your business. Here is what to include and how to arrange it on a round seal.

1. Company name (top text)

Your full registered company name curves along the top. Keep it as registered — for example "IT Solution Pte Ltd". If the name is long, increase the gap spacing and reduce the name size so it fits the curve cleanly. Our stamp generator handles the curving automatically.

2. Registration number or UEN (centre)

Many Singapore stamps show the UEN or company registration number in the centre, under a label such as Co. Reg. No. or UEN. You can also use a custom label, leave the centre blank, or place a logo there instead.

3. A bottom icon (and optional branch line)

A small icon at the bottom balances the design. Choose one, two or three icons. With two icons you can add a bottom text line — useful for a branch, department or city.

4. What to leave off

  • Long addresses — they clutter a round seal; keep them on your letterhead.
  • Phone numbers and emails — better suited to a separate address stamp.
  • Anything that changes often — a stamp should stay valid for years.

Put it together

Start with the name, add the registration label and number, pick an icon and an ink colour, then order it as a physical stamp if you need one. Most companies choose a 26mm round size.
