How to use the company stamp generator
Our generator turns your details into a clean, round seal in seconds — with real control over the text, centre, icons and colour. You can use the result as a free digital stamp, or order a physical rubber stamp built from the same design. Here is exactly how it works, from first keystroke to delivered chop. For a quick overview, see our guide to making a company stamp online in Singapore.
Step 1 — Enter and style your company name
Start on the home page and type your company name into the first field. As you type, the preview redraws instantly, curving the name around the top of the seal. Two controls fine-tune it: company name size makes the type larger and visually heavier (bolder), and gap spacing spreads the letters apart so they fill the curve evenly. If the name is long, increase the gap spacing and ease the size down for a clean fit.
Step 2 — Choose what goes in the centre
Select a registration label — common Singapore choices are “Co. Reg. No.”, “Registration No” or “UEN” — and enter your number, or type your own custom label. Prefer a clean middle? Choose “Blank”. Or choose Image to upload a logo into the inner circle; a transparent PNG, WEBP or SVG keeps the background clear, and an SVG follows your ink colour. See how to add a logo to a company stamp and what to put on a company stamp.
Step 3 — Add bottom icons (and a branch line)
Pick a bottom icon — star, diamond, circle, heart, square, triangle and more — and choose to show one, two or three. When you select two icons, a bottom text line appears between them, perfect for a branch, department or city. You can adjust the gap around the text and the spacing of the icons.
Step 4 — Pick your ink colour
Choose from nine colours: black, blue, red, green, purple, pink, sky blue, brown and orange. Black is the traditional choice; blue distinguishes an original from a copy; red carries formality. The whole seal recolours instantly. Read more in choosing a stamp ink colour.
Step 5 — Download your free transparent PNG
When you are happy, click Download Transparent PNG. You receive a high-resolution image with a transparent background, ready to drop onto invoices, quotations, letters, certificates and PDF contracts with no white box behind it. No sign-up, no watermark, no cost.
Step 6 — Unlock the print-ready PDF (optional)
If you have an access code, enter it under the preview and click Unlock PDF. The system generates a true-size PDF with crop marks and a cut guide, sized exactly to your chosen diameter. The PDF artwork is rendered in black — the single-colour master a stamp maker uses — regardless of your on-screen colour. Details in our print-ready PDF guide.
Step 7 — Order a physical rubber stamp
To get a real stamp delivered, head to Buy Physical Stamp. Re-create or adjust your design, then choose the size (22mm to 50mm — 26mm is recommended and used by most Singapore companies), ink colour, quantity and delivery speed. The price updates live with the per-stamp cost. Add to cart, check out, and choose PayNow or card/PayPal. We then produce the stamp from your print-ready artwork and deliver it across Singapore. Tips for a clean result
- Keep your company name accurate and complete — it is the most prominent text on the seal.
- Use the exact registration number that appears on your official records.
- If your name is very long, raise the gap spacing and lower the name size so everything fits around the ring.
- For a logo centre, use a transparent PNG, WEBP or SVG; avoid JPG if you need a transparent background.
- Choose 43mm or 50mm for a more prominent impression, or 22mm–26mm for a compact, everyday chop.
