Making a company stamp used to mean a trip to a stationery shop and a few days' wait. Today you can design a professional round seal in your browser in minutes and download it free. This guide walks through the whole process with our free company stamp generator, then shows how to order a physical stamp if you need one.

What you need before you start

Have these details ready so the design comes together quickly:

  • Your registered company name (this becomes the curved top text).
  • Your registration number or UEN, if you want it in the centre. See what to put on a company stamp for guidance.
  • Optionally, a logo file with a transparent background (PNG, WEBP or SVG).

Step 1 — Enter your company name

Type your company name into the generator. It curves automatically along the top of the ring. Use the name size control to make the type larger and heavier, and gap spacing to spread the letters evenly so they fill the curve without crowding.

Step 2 — Choose what sits in the centre

Pick a registration label such as Co. Reg. No., type your own custom label, leave the centre blank, or upload a logo. If you upload an image, read our guide on adding a logo to a company stamp to keep it crisp and transparent.

Step 3 — Add icons and a bottom line

Choose a bottom icon — star, diamond, circle, heart and more — and show one, two or three. Select two icons to unlock a bottom text line, handy for a branch or city name. Adjust its gap and icon spacing until it sits neatly.

Step 4 — Pick an ink colour and download

Switch between nine ink colours; the design recolours instantly. When you are happy, click Download Transparent PNG. The file has a transparent background, so it drops straight onto invoices, letters and PDFs — free, with no watermark or sign-up.

Step 5 — Order a physical stamp (optional)

If you need a real chop, head to buy a physical stamp, choose a size from 22mm to 50mm (most Singapore companies pick 26mm), select your delivery speed and check out. We produce it from your exact design and deliver across Singapore.
