If you want everything to happen in one go — payment, paperwork and production — pay with PayPal. Our checkout is connected directly to PayPal, so the moment your payment completes, the rest of the order runs automatically.

How paying by PayPal works

At checkout, choose PayPal. You pay inside PayPal's own secure window, using your PayPal balance or a card linked to your PayPal account. We never see or store your card details. When you approve the payment, PayPal confirms it to our system.

What our system checks

Before accepting the order, our server asks PayPal directly whether the payment completed and checks that the amount and currency match your order total exactly. Your order is fulfilled from the price that was confirmed when you checked out, so what you were quoted is exactly what you are charged and exactly what we produce.

Your GST tax invoice, automatically

As soon as the payment is confirmed, an invoice number is assigned and your GST-inclusive tax invoice is emailed to you, with a secure link to view and print it. The invoice is issued by IT Solution Pte Ltd, a GST-registered Singapore company, and lists your stamp size, quantity, delivery option and the GST included. Invoice numbers are only ever issued for completed payments.

That makes PayPal especially convenient if your finance team needs a proper invoice to file a business expense on the same day.

Straight into production

There is no manual step to wait for. The same email that carries your invoice also contains your artwork files — the transparent PNG and the print-ready PDFs described in what you receive when you order — and your stamp is queued for production right away.
