Designed a stamp you love and ready for the real thing? Ordering a physical company stamp takes a few minutes. Here's the whole process, from picking a size to paying — so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1 — Design it (or start from a template)
Design your stamp on the buy page directly, or pick a ready-made design from templates and tweak it. On the buy page the design is kept to what a rubber stamp can reproduce — one ink colour and a print-safe font — so what you see is what gets made. (See free download vs physical stamp for the few differences.)
Step 2 — Choose a size
Stamps are pre-ink gel stamps in six round sizes; 22mm is the most popular for Singapore companies. Prices are GST-inclusive, per stamp:
- 20mm — S$30
- 22mm — S$30 (most popular)
- 30mm — S$34
- 38mm — S$41
- 43mm — S$46
- 50mm — S$48
Not sure which to pick? See the company stamp sizes guide. (Prices are current at the time of writing; the buy page always shows the latest.)
Step 3 — Quantity and delivery speed
Choose a quantity from 2 to 10 (the minimum order is two). Then pick a delivery speed — a flat fee per order:
- Fastest — S$35, about 5 working days.
- Cheapest — S$25, about 7 working days.
A couple of buffer days are added, and the page shows a live estimated delivery date so you always see a real date, not a stale promise.
Step 4 — Add to cart and review your artwork
Click Add to cart. Your design is saved and the cart shows a preview thumbnail — tap it to see the full-size artwork and check every detail before paying. Need to change something? Edit any field and add it again; you can also keep several different stamps in one order.
Step 5 — Checkout and pay
At checkout you enter your Singapore delivery details and choose how to pay:
- PayNow — transfer the amount, then upload a screenshot of the payment so we can confirm it.
- PayPal — pay by card or PayPal balance in the usual secure flow.
What happens next
We produce each stamp from your exact design as a one-colour pre-ink gel stamp and deliver across Singapore by your chosen speed. A true-size print-ready PDF of your design can accompany the order. That's it — design, order, done.
