PayNow is the way most Singapore businesses prefer to pay: no card fees, no sign-ups, just a QR code and your banking app. Because PayNow transfers go straight to our bank account, there is one extra step compared with card payments — we confirm the money has arrived before we make your stamp. Here is exactly what happens.

Step 1 — Pay by QR at checkout

When you check out, choose PayNow. Scan the QR code with your banking app and pay the exact order total shown. Paying the exact amount in a single transfer makes your payment easy to match.

Step 2 — Upload your screenshot as proof

After paying, upload a screenshot of the successful transfer. A good screenshot shows the amount, the date and time, and the transaction reference. Please do not crop those details out — they are what we match against our bank record.

Step 3 — You receive an acknowledgement

We email you straight away to confirm the order was received and that the payment is awaiting verification. Your design is saved with the order, so nothing else is needed from you at this point.

Step 4 — A real person verifies the transfer

A member of our team checks our bank account for your transfer, matches the amount and reference, and records the transaction reference and payment date against your order. We do this manually on purpose: a screenshot on its own can be edited or reused, but the bank record cannot. Checking the actual transfer protects you as well as us — no stamp is produced on an unconfirmed payment, and no order gets mixed up with another.

Step 5 — Tax invoice issued and production starts

Once your payment is confirmed, we issue your GST-inclusive tax invoice and email it to you together with your artwork files. Your order then moves into production. To see what happens next, read how your stamp is made after you order.
