Sometimes a stamp is needed by Friday — for a bank appointment, a tender submission or a new office opening. Here is how delivery speed works when you order from us, and what you can do to get your stamp as quickly as possible.

Two delivery options

At checkout you choose between two delivery speeds:

  • Fastest — for when time matters most.
  • Cheapest — the economical option when you can wait a little longer.

The estimated delivery window for each option is shown before you pay, and the delivery fee is already included in the total, together with GST.

What affects how soon your stamp arrives

  • When you order — orders are processed on business days, so an order placed late on a Friday starts on Monday.
  • How you pay — PayPal payments are confirmed instantly; PayNow transfers are verified by our team first. See how PayNow works.
  • Your artwork — a finished design from the generator, or an upload that passes the checks, goes straight into production.
  • Your address — a complete address with unit number and postal code avoids failed deliveries.

Five ways to get your stamp soonest

  1. Choose Fastest delivery at checkout.
  2. Pay by PayPal for instant confirmation — see paying by PayPal.
  3. Get the design right first time: check the company name and UEN in the preview before ordering.
  4. Double-check your delivery address, unit number and postal code.
  5. Order early on a business day rather than over a weekend or public holiday.

Track your parcel

When your stamp ships, we email you the courier tracking number so you can follow it to your door. To see everything that happens before that point, read how your stamp is made after you order.

Use the digital stamp while you wait

Your order email includes a transparent PNG of your stamp as soon as the order is confirmed. You can use it on invoices and PDFs straight away while the physical stamp is on its way — see what you receive when you order.

Not in a hurry?

If your deadline is comfortable, Cheapest delivery is the sensible choice. Either way, order your stamp here, or read the full ordering guide first.
