Getting a logo to sit perfectly inside a round stamp used to mean re-cropping the file. Now the generator does it for you: a smooth size slider scales the centre image, and a move pad nudges it up, down, left and right until it's exactly centred. Here's how to use both.
Resize with the horizontal slider
Once you choose Custom image (centre) and upload a logo, an Image size slider appears. Drag it right to enlarge the image or left to shrink it — the preview updates live, so you can fine-tune the fit in tiny increments instead of jumping between fixed sizes. Aim to leave a little breathing room inside the inner ring so the image doesn't crowd the registration text or the ring line.
Reposition with the move pad
Below the slider are four arrow buttons — ↑ ↓ ← → — plus a recentre button. Each tap shifts the image a few pixels in that direction, so you can:
- Centre a logo whose own artwork is slightly off-centre.
- Nudge a wordmark up or down to balance it against the curved company name.
- Shift a photo so the important part sits in the middle of the ring.
The recentre button instantly returns the image to the middle if you want to start again. The image is always clipped to the inner circle, and the inner ring stays crisp in front of your image, so you can move freely without breaking the seal's outline.
Tips for a clean fit
- Use a transparent PNG, WEBP or SVG so the background stays clear — see how to add a logo.
- Scale first, then nudge — it's easier to position once the size is right.
- For a personal keepsake, the same controls work for a photo or monogram; see custom stamps for family and friends.
Download or order
When the image sits just right, download a free transparent PNG, or order a physical stamp (26mm recommended). Start in the stamp generator and read the full step-by-step guide if you're new to it.
