The centre of your stamp can hold a logo instead of a registration number. Done right, it looks sharp and keeps a transparent background. Here is how.

Use the right file format

  • PNG — use one with a transparent background so the inner circle isn't a white box.
  • WEBP — also supports transparency; smaller files.
  • SVG — best of all: it scales perfectly and is automatically recoloured to match your chosen ink colour.

If you upload a JPG (which has a solid background), the generator can still produce a clean download by filling the disc white so the logo blends in — but for a true transparent result, use PNG, WEBP or SVG.

Position and size

Use the centre image size control to fit the logo neatly inside the inner ring. Leave a little breathing room so it doesn't touch the registration text or the ring.

Keep the download transparent — free

As long as your image has a transparent background, your Download Transparent PNG keeps that transparency, free and watermark-free. That means it drops cleanly onto letterheads and documents.

Next steps

Try it in the stamp generator, see what else to include, and if you want a physical version, order a pre-ink stamp.
