Not everyone starts from a blank design. You might have artwork from a graphic designer, a stamp layout your company has used for years, or a seal design that our generator cannot reproduce exactly. For all of these, use Upload Your Design: send us the finished artwork as a PNG and we turn it into a physical company stamp.

Who the upload option is for

  • Businesses with existing brand artwork — a designer has already drawn your seal and you want it made exactly as drawn.
  • Re-making an old stamp — you have a clean scan or digital file of a stamp you used before.
  • Special layouts — custom typography, unusual emblems or arrangements beyond what the stamp generator offers.

What file to upload

Upload a PNG of the whole stamp — the outer ring, the text and anything in the centre — not just your logo. The best files have a transparent background, but a plain white background is fine because we remove near-white pixels automatically. The image should be roughly square and cropped tightly, so the outer edge of the stamp touches the edge of the image. Our guide on preparing artwork for upload explains each requirement in detail.

How to order, step by step

  1. Open the upload page and drop in your PNG (or tap to choose a file).
  2. Wait a moment while we check the artwork. If it is square and reaches the edges, you will see Looks good — ready to add to cart.
  3. Choose a stamp size from 20mm to 50mm. Most Singapore companies pick 22mm; see our size guide if you are unsure.
  4. Choose the quantity and your delivery speed. The live price already includes GST and delivery.
  5. Add to cart and check out with PayNow or PayPal.

What we do to your file

Stamps are produced in a single ink, so we prepare your artwork for production: the white background is removed, the design is trimmed to its content, converted to solid black, and centred on a square canvas. Your order confirmation shows the original size and the adjusted size, and we keep both files with your order. Uploaded designs are produced in black ink.

Why an upload can be rejected

We scale your artwork to the exact size you select. If the image is very wide or tall, or has a lot of blank space around the stamp, the stamp itself would come out smaller than the size you paid for. To prevent that, the upload page rejects artwork that is not roughly square or does not reach the edges, and tells you what to fix. Very small images (under about 300 pixels across) are accepted but flagged, because they may print blurry.
