You click "Place order" and, a few days later, a company stamp arrives. Here is what happens in between — and why each step is there.
1. Your payment is confirmed
PayPal payments are confirmed with PayPal automatically, within seconds. PayNow transfers are checked against our bank record by a member of our team. Either way, nothing is produced until payment is confirmed, and you receive your GST-inclusive tax invoice by email. Read more about PayNow and PayPal.
2. Your files are prepared
Your design is turned into production files: true-size, single-colour artwork drawn to the exact diameter you ordered. If you uploaded your own artwork, it has already been cleaned up — background removed, trimmed, converted to solid black and centred. You receive the same files by email; see what you receive when you order.
3. The order is handed to production
Our team sends your order to our stamp production partner here in Singapore, with a print-ready sheet showing every copy you ordered at true size, each with its dotted cutting guide. The guide is how the maker trims and centres each stamp — see cutting guide vs no guide.
4. Your stamp is made
The artwork is transferred onto pre-ink stamp material, trimmed along the guide, fitted to its mount and filled with ink in your chosen colour. Pre-ink stamps hold their ink inside the stamp, which is what gives them their crisp, even impressions — our comparison of pre-ink, self-inking and rubber stamps explains why.
5. Quality checks
Before packing, the stamp is checked against your order: the size, the clarity of the text and fine details, and that the impression is clean and even.
6. Packing and dispatch
Once a courier shipment is booked, our staff print the waybill, pack your stamp and have it ready for courier pickup. When it is on its way, we email you the tracking number.
7. Delivered to your door
Your stamp arrives by courier anywhere in Singapore. If you need it by a deadline, our guide to rush delivery shows how to speed things up.
Why it is done this way
Every step is designed to prevent a specific problem: confirmed payments before production, true-size files so the stamp is never the wrong size, cutting guides for clean trimming, and checks before dispatch. It is a big part of what our price covers. Ready to start? Order your stamp.
