A company stamp does not last forever. Impressions fade, edges wear, stamps go missing in an office move, or a second team suddenly needs one. The good news: if you ordered from us before, you already have everything needed to make an identical stamp.

Signs it is time for a new stamp

  • Impressions stay faint or patchy even after re-inking.
  • Fine lines or small text no longer print clearly.
  • The stamp face is damaged, or the mount is broken.
  • The stamp is lost — or you need a second one for another location.

If impressions are only faint, the stamp may just need ink. Our guide to pre-ink, self-inking and rubber stamps explains how each type is re-inked.

Option 1 — Recreate it in the generator

If your original was designed with our stamp generator, open it and enter the same details: company name, registration number, centre content, icons, border style and ink colour. Use the transparent PNG from your original order email as a reference beside the screen so every setting matches. Then order it at the same size — the size is shown on your old invoice and on the print-ready PDF.

Option 2 — Upload your saved artwork

If you have the transparent PNG of the whole stamp, you can upload it through Upload Your Design and order it directly. Note that uploaded designs are produced in black ink; if your original stamp used another colour, recreate it in the generator instead (option 1).

Option 3 — Ask us to help

Lost the email? Contact us with your company name and, if you have it, your order number. We keep the files for every order and can help you match the original.

Check these before you reorder

  • Size — the same diameter as before (check the PDF or invoice).
  • Ink colour — the same as your original.
  • Details — has anything changed? A new address, name or registration format is a reason to update the design rather than copy it. See what to put on a company stamp.

Order a spare while you are at it

Choosing a quantity of two or more gives you a backup, or a stamp for each office. If several branches need their own version, read ordering stamps for branches and departments. And keep your files safe for next time — see what you receive when you order.
