In most companies, the person who designs the company stamp is not the person who approves it. A director wants to check the name, finance wants to see the registration number, and someone has an opinion about the ink colour. Instead of sending screenshots back and forth, you can now share the exact design with one link — and whoever approves it can order it from the same page.
Where to find the Share button
Design your stamp in the free company stamp generator or on the buy page, then click Share design. On the generator it sits right below Order this as a real stamp; on the buy page it is under Add to cart, and on a phone it is also inside the stamp preview. If you are designing on a phone, our guide to designing a stamp on your phone shows where everything is.
The button works once the design is ready to use — that is, once it has a company name (or a custom label, or an uploaded centre image).
Three ways to send it
- Copy link — paste it into an email, Slack, Teams or any chat.
- Share to WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with a short message ready to send.
- Share to Telegram — the same, for Telegram.
The WhatsApp and Telegram messages are written for you: they mention your company name, the stamp size and the ink colour, and ask the recipient to review the design. You can edit the message before sending.
What your manager sees
The link opens our stamp generator with your design rebuilt exactly as you made it — company name, registration number, fonts, borders, ink colour, size and any uploaded logo. A note at the top tells them it is a shared design. They can study it, adjust anything if they want, and when it is approved click Order this as a real stamp, which takes them to checkout with the same design already filled in.
Same design, same link
If you click Share again without changing anything, you get the same link — so there is only ever one link per version of the design. As soon as you edit something, sharing gives you a new link for the new version. The old link still shows the earlier version, which is handy when someone asks "what changed?": send both links and compare them side by side.
How long the link lasts
A shared link stays valid for 12 months, and sharing the same design again extends it. The link only contains the stamp design itself — the details that appear on the stamp — and nothing about your account, address or payment.
An approval checklist
Before you click Share, check the details your approver is most likely to query. These are also the most common company stamp mistakes:
- The company name matches the registration exactly, including "Pte. Ltd." — see what to put on a company stamp.
- The UEN or registration number is copied, not typed from memory.
- The size suits the length of the name — the sizes guide helps.
- The ink colour is right for how the stamp will be used.
- Any logo is clean and readable at stamp size.
Approving stamps for several teams
Ordering for more than one branch or department? Share each version separately so every team lead approves their own — our guide to stamps for branches and departments explains how to keep the designs consistent. And if you already have finished artwork, you can upload your own design instead.
After approval
Once approved, order the stamp from the shared link or from your own screen — both carry the same design. The ordering guide walks through size, delivery and payment, and what you receive when you order explains the files that come with it.
